Hi! I’m Sylvie.
I’m a freelance writer living in Brooklyn, NY. I often write about food, culture, and individuals doing things I find particularly interesting.
I’m also a copywriter. I bring my deep dedication to craft and my editorial experience to create meaningful stories for individuals and brands. My copy is impactful and intentional across platforms and audiences.
In the fall of 2023, I received a MFA in Creative Nonfiction Writing from Columbia University.
In a past life, I helped launch restaurants and pop-up shops (and ate a lot) at the food culture agency, Care of Chan. I also worked alongside journalists, game designers, and chefs at The New York Times.
